 Dear friends, family and loved ones:

 

 

                  As many of you know, I am deferring from college to take a gap year in Senegal, West Africa.  While in Senegal, I will live, work and learn in a rural village, speaking Wolof and applying my skills and education towards understanding and supporting lasting change in the developing world. I am honestly so excited to embark on this life-changing learning experience! For eight months, I will live and learn the Wolof way, and I could not be more stoked. \\
